Mr. Wilson Ang, Executive Director

Mr. Wilson Ang is the Executive Director of the Global Compact Network Singapore. Wilson holds a Masters in Diplomacy from the University of Oxford. Over the last 10 years, he has held several appointments with expansive portfolios ranging serving on various national, regional and global boards. He believes the only way to create a better planet for human survivability is for every individual to take responsibility for their own actions by being more conscious about daily choices in consumption habits. He also hopes to create 10,000 green jobs through working with the people, private and public sectors. 


Dr. Ryal Wun, Deputy Executive Director

Ryal has held a wide range of appointments in the public and private sectors since 1993, serving in operations and administration at national and regional levels. A Land Rover enthusiast, his interests include travel, bushcraft, fine dining, and the welfare and protection of children. He serves on the Board of Visitors to Children's Homes. A published researcher in international journals, Ryal holds several advanced degrees, including an MBA (Investment and Finance), a Master of Laws (International Law), a Masters in Diplomacy (Distinction) from the University of Oxford, and a PhD in International Law.


Ms. Diana Chng, Manager (Training)

At Global Compact, Diana oversees the training and the youth competition. A shopper at heart, she is always on the lookout for good deals and she applies her 'shopping philosophy' to looking out for partner collaborations to organising training and youth programmes at GCNS. She has a passion for helping the disadvantaged and has spent more than half of her career dedicated to working for non-profits. She graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelors of Commerce (Merit) and the field of CSR/ environmental sustainability/ governance is where she wants to be.  


Ms. Aditi Tembe, Manager (Strategic Relations)

Aditi comes with over 3.5 years of experience in research and programme management in the areas of maternal & child health; and gender with community based organisations in India. She holds a Masters degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Management from IIHMR, Jaipur. Aditi is responsible for driving membership at GCNS. She also actively engages members and provides support to them as they embark on CSR programmes and initiatives with us. 


Ms. Alyssa Teo, Manager (Knowledge Hub)

Alyssa has a decade of experience in financial audit and risk management. Her enthusiasm in learning and research, especially in the area of sustainability, led her to pursue a career with GCNS after completing her postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford. On a personal front, she has keen interest in handiwork and needlework.


Ms. Pamela Heng, Assistant Manager (Strategic Relations) 

Pamela oversees the membership matters at GCNS.  She has many years of working experience with various private sectors and MNC organisations such as Trading Firm and Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries. Her areas of experience over the years include procurement of materials management, supply chain management , customer service management and a wide range of administrative functions. Pamela enjoys travelling and spends her free time learning arts like acrylic paintings and other handcrafts.



Ms. Nur Amirah Senin, Senior Executive (Strategic Relations) 

Amirah is a graduate from University of Surrey majoring in Tourism Management with Honours. She loves to people-watch and discover new places during her free time. Aside from reading self-help books, she gets on the active mode by going for various classes, doing adventurous activities and joining runs. Being a people person, she endeavours to help anyone within her means. Passionate in organising events, her past working experiences with a stint of overseas placement includes Marketing, Customer Service, Admin and Sales.


Ms. Soh Hui Fang, Senior Executive (Strategic Relations) 

Hui Fang holds a degree in Business from Nanyang Technological University. She had diverse work experience in the area of finance, events and education sector. Her experience includes business development, recruitment and industry relations. On a weekend, you may occasionally catch her at arts, cultural and heritage events. She volunteers monthly and also on adhoc basis to help the disadvantaged and is interested in advancing social causes.



Ms. Charmaine Ng, Executive (Corporate Services) 

Charmaine is a graduate from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management, majoring in Hospitality. In GCNS, she is responsible for providing administrative support which covers HR and finance matters. She enjoys reading during her free time.
